Neha has been practicing yoga since her teens. Yoga was an opportunity to understand herself and the choices she wanted to make to support her wellness. She struggled with her own health issues and yoga led her to look at the relationships she had with herself, others, and what she was choosing to put into her body as these all affected her overall state of health and wellness. She continues to learn various healing modalities and is an Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant and Reiki Practitioner. Neha’s yoga classes are trauma-sensitive and gentle.
