Mrs. Ilyes provides clinical services, including psychotherapy and evaluations, for children, adolescents and adults. She also provides therapeutic services to couples and families. Mrs. Ilyes has provided counseling services since 2007 in both private practices and non-profit settings. She has been a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Maryland since 2009 and a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania since 2012. Mrs. Ilyes began her education at The Pennsylvania State University, graduating from the Schreyer Honors College with degrees in psychology and English. She then graduated with a Master of Science degree in Clinical Psychology from Loyola College in Maryland. She has worked with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families in both inpatient and outpatient settings. She has also facilitated numerous group sessions. Past clinical experience includes psychotherapy for addictions, depression, anxiety, anger management, PTSD and both non-directive and directive play therapy. Mrs. Ilyes has repeatedly worked with survivors of domestic violence and other abuse. She also works with clients dealing with stressors related to life changes and transitions, as well as those dealing with conflicts in professional and personal relationships. Mrs. Ilyes takes particular interest in working with issues related to addictions and issues that primarily, but not solely, affect women such as postpartum issues and transitions, anorexia, bulimia and binge eating disorders. She also has experience integrating spiritual principles into sessions.
